Yeah, you heard it right Paris Hilton was spotted in public at Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills with what seems to be a new hair do, but we aren't to sure if she was just falling us all by wearing a wig or could it be the real deal for a fresh start for the new year from the blonde trademarked hair-do?
